Olive tapenade

This has always been my favourite olive product. It just feels so decadent smearing olives across a bit of bread. The tapenade is simply delicious spread on a piece of bread and topped with tomato, cheese, pickled onion and lettuce. This particular one is brought to our tables by the Olive Lady from a farm in the Western Cape. I find this one very delectable – just the right amount of saltiness, smoothness and deliciosness!
