Kalamata Olives

A feast, a charcuterie board, a delectable collection would simply not be complete without these delicious olive products. This farm is in the Western Cape and there is a lot of passion about bottling them just right to preserve the most flavour possible inside these treasures. The lady that brought these products from the farm to our table is very knowledgeable about olives and passionate about making them part of what we eat when we are treating ourselves! A large, dark purple, almond-shaped olives named after the city of Kalamata in Greece, where they originate.
